Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, weather, property condition, and service needs.

Sharp Edge Lawn Care serves homeowners and residents in and around:

  • White Settlement

  • Benbrook

  • Lake Worth

Service outside these areas may be limited or unavailable.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates may be based on the information provided by the customer, property size, yard condition, service frequency, and requested services.

Any online quote, phone quote, or estimate is not final until confirmed by Sharp Edge Lawn Care. Pricing may change if the property condition, yard size, access, service needs, or requested work differs from the information originally provided.

Overgrown yards, excessive debris, blocked access, pet waste, steep terrain, or additional cleanup needs may result in additional charges.

Sharp Edge Lawn Care works to provide reliable scheduling, but service dates and times may be affected by:

  • Weather

  • Equipment issues

  • Traffic

  • Property access

  • Yard conditions

  • Route changes

  • Emergency delays

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes when needed.

Scheduling

Weather Delays

Lawn care services may be delayed due to rain, storms, unsafe conditions, wet ground, extreme heat, or other weather-related issues.

If service is delayed due to weather, we may reschedule the service for the next available time.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for making sure the property is ready for service. This may include:

​

  • Unlocking gates

  • Removing vehicles from service areas

  • Picking up pet waste

  • Removing toys, hoses, furniture, tools, decorations, or other items from the yard

  • Securing pets indoors

  • Informing us of sprinkler heads, hidden objects, drainage issues, or damaged areas

  • Providing safe access to the lawn

Sharp Edge Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to items left in the yard or hidden objects that were not disclosed before service.

Pet Waste and Yard Hazards

For safety and cleanliness, pet waste should be removed before service. If excessive pet waste, debris, or unsafe conditions are present, we may skip the service, reschedule, or charge an additional cleanup fee.

Sharp Edge Lawn Care reserves the right to refuse or stop service if a property is unsafe or not ready for lawn care work.

Property Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being serviced. If we cannot access the property due to locked gates, aggressive animals, blocked entrances, or other access issues, the service may be skipped or rescheduled.

A trip fee or service charge may apply if we arrive and cannot complete the scheduled work due to lack of access.

Payments

Payment terms will be provided when service is scheduled or invoiced. Payment may be required before, at the time of service, or after service depending on the arrangement.

Late or unpaid balances may result in paused or canceled service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling a service.

Sharp Edge Lawn Care may also reschedule services due to weather, unsafe conditions, scheduling conflicts, or other business needs.

Results and Lawn Conditions

Sharp Edge Lawn Care works to provide clean, reliable lawn care. However, results may vary depending on grass type, lawn health, watering, weeds, soil condition, shade, previous maintenance, and weather.

Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup do not guarantee improved lawn health, weed removal, pest control, fertilization results, or landscaping improvements unless those services are specifically agreed to in writing.

Damage and Liability

Sharp Edge Lawn Care makes reasonable efforts to avoid property damage. Customers are responsible for informing us of hidden objects, delicate areas, sprinkler heads, wires, landscape lighting, drainage covers, or other items that may be damaged during normal lawn care work.

Sharp Edge Lawn Care is not responsible for damage caused by hidden, buried, unmarked, unsecured, or improperly installed items.

If you believe damage occurred during service, you should contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
